- Well, where are the new shows?
Mon, 23 May 2005 06:20:30 +0000
I must admit to being quite absent from this Podcast site lately. It seems that the Sound of the Day podcast takes up about as much of my time every week that I end up wanting to contribute to podcasting. I still love the work I've done on Revolution in the Corner (RitC) and still [...] - Still here
Thu, 28 Apr 2005 06:24:50 +0000
Just wanted everyone to know I'm still alive and kicking. Since the Sound of the Day podcast has been taking up so much of my Podcast time, and I've been very busy at work, progression on the next Revolution in the Corner has been slow, but steady. Thanks for your patience. It will be rewarded [...] - 13th Podcast Live!
Sat, 09 Apr 2005 16:29:39 +0000
The 13th Revolution in the Corner show is now online and the word for this show is Mellow. - Not sure what?s up?
Mon, 04 Apr 2005 07:03:04 +0000
For some reason, I can't seem to get off dead center to get out a new show. I think some of it has to do with feeling guilty for not having done one in so long, but another big reason is just being a bit overworked and depressed. This show takes a lot of effort [...] - So here?s my thoughts?
Sun, 27 Mar 2005 14:35:52 +0000
It seems to me that since my ability to push out a show a week has been limited, I've decided to make Revolution in the Corner a monthly gig for me. I'd love to make it full time, but the money's simply not there and free time has been very limited lately. If anyone decides [...] - PSP in Hand!
Thu, 24 Mar 2005 16:29:13 +0000
Well, I broke down and bought a Sony PSP this morning. To keep myself (and anyone else reading this who cares) abreast of the latest PSP news and features, I'll be updating this post with links to fun and interesting stuff for the new gaming/video/WiFi/convergence platform: News & Info Sony to make movies available for download Sony to [...] - This week?s show?
Sun, 20 Mar 2005 15:44:51 +0000
Work has been done and I'm still hopeful that I can get a show out today, but it might slide a day or two since production on this show is taking longer than I anticipated. Just thought you might like to know.... - Animation Fans Rejoice: Creature Comforts Series
Sun, 20 Mar 2005 12:34:40 +0000
In case you didn't know, the creators of Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run have also created a wonderful animated short called Creature Comforts. Well, it seems that these geniuses at Aardman Studios have been working overtime turning this entertaining little show into a full-fledged television series. The problem is that anyone that can't play [...] - Upgrade complete
Wed, 16 Mar 2005 15:16:34 +0000
Now that the upgrade the WordPress 1.5 is complete, and while I look for another place to serve my Podcast mp3s, I find myself with another problem to solve: storage overages. Before I was just concerned with bandwidth, but now it seems my old mp3s are taking up too much space to accommodate all the [...] - Upgraded to WordPress 1.5
Wed, 16 Mar 2005 06:59:21 +0000
Well, the upgrade was painless from an install perspective, but... - Downloads are up!
Fri, 11 Mar 2005 10:21:15 +0000
Oh my goodness. I checked by Webstats for the first time in a while and it seems the latest Revolution in the Corner show is quite popular. In fact, I'm planning to start searching for bandwidth alternatives. If things keep up at the current rate, I might need to look into setting up a tip [...] - Austin Podcasts

Will you be in Austin for SxSW later this month? Are you a Podcast author or enthusiast? Well it looks like there will be an upcoming event where we can all get together during the festival. I don't know much about it now, but stay tuned. As details develop, they will be posted here. If [...] - Okay, here?s the deal?
Thu, 03 Mar 2005 07:17:54 +0000
One thing I have not been able to do in the last three years is relax much. Although I enjoy Podcasting immensely, it is a labor of love. This weekend, I will be taking the first vacation I've had since 2001. That mixed with my amazingly stressful work and personal life this last week means [...] - Update?.
Sun, 27 Feb 2005 19:18:30 +0000
Okay, I was all prepared to take some time off. Then I caught up with my backlog of podcasts and came across the extremely nice things Nicole Simon said about the show. Sometimes all it takes is one nice thing said from one person to get me really excited about doing the show again. Thanks, [...] - A month off?
Sun, 27 Feb 2005 11:29:59 +0000
I'm seriously considering taking the next month off from doing my Podcast. If I do decide to follow this path, I will not be abandoning this show in the least and I hope you will stay subscribed. My main reason for holding off on shows at least for another week is the increasingly intense schedule [...] - Getting a show out?
Sun, 20 Feb 2005 07:50:59 +0000
I'll do my best to get something out this weekend, but my work life has been quite intense lately, so I'm enjoying a quiet weekend off not doing much. In fact, I'm so happy to have the opportunity to promote the Bran Flakes, that I think I'll most likely leave their show in the top [...] - 11th Podcast Live! - The UnShow

Fri, 04 Feb 2005 17:32:48 +0000
Thanks to the brilliant help from my friend Mando Escamilla, my RSS feed is all better now. Seems that WordPress didn't like the character I used in the Band Name post I made a while back. Now that I've changed it to use a standard registration character, we're back in business. Hoarkiness abated. Woo hoo! - RSS Feed Hoarkiness
Fri, 04 Feb 2005 06:37:59 +0000
Yes, I know "hoarkiness" isn't a word, but oddly enough, it aptly expresses the experience I've had with my RSS feed lately. It seems that IE for Windows (and maybe Mac too?) doesn't like the XML in the .xml version of my feed. I'm not sure what it thinks of the version of my feed [...] - Work is getting intense!
Wed, 02 Feb 2005 07:23:47 +0000
Because of my increasing work load, I'm going to be extra busy during the upcoming weeks, but that doesn't mean I can't do a new Revolution in the Corner show on the weekend. If anything, this means I'm more dedicated than ever to getting new shows out. A bunch of new ideas are floating around [...] - Man, what a weekend.
Sun, 30 Jan 2005 19:06:51 +0000
The plan was to have a new show this weekend, but everything seems to have been put in my way toward that goal. I was planning to spend all of today working on it... right after I got back from the Alton Brown signing, but that ended up taking nearly 7 hours form the time [...] - Pic from Saturday

What do you think about the idea of a Job/Employee listing resource that uses Podcasting as a way of listing and searching resources? I was hoping the ID3 tags would work as effective ways of allowing people to search for jobs or employees that they wanted to research. People could post a job and come [...] - 9th Podcast Live!

This week steps back ever so slighly from the silly and into the technical... with silly bits used as sparkly ornaments.
