I was looking for a suitable picture to put up on the site to introduce you to us. Well, it seems that we have been a little camera shy lately. Given the fact that we are trying to drop around 50 pounds each, that is not too surprising. So, I have reached back to a picture from February 2000, to give you an idea of where we want to get back to. When this picture was taken, Angela was in much better shape than I was. My goal now is to get into better shape than I was in this picture. As a matter of fact, I can never remember being in really good shape. So my goal is to get into better shape than I have ever been in in my entire life. I think Angela will be pretty happy to get back to the shape she was in 5 years ago. You'll get plenty of opportunity to hear exactly what she has to say about that in the coming weeks. We will have to get some current pictures up so you can get an accurate picture of our progress. What to expect. We are going to be bringing you along with us on our challenging quest for better health. We are working very hard right now, just to drop the large number of pounds that we have packed on over the last few sedentary, food addicted years. We have both achieved some early success, and will keep you updated as each week passes. We will share our struggles and triumphs along the way, and you will help provide us with some much needed accountability. If anyone ever asks me what we get out of producing this show, I will have to simply say that we do it to keep our selves on track. Of course we hope our stories and info are helpful to others, but really this is very self serving. Can't wait to talk at ya some more .... Stay Subscribed!
