WRSI's primary focus is to build co-generation Thermal Recycling Facilities as an environmentally friendlier alternative to landfills. We discuss the technology involved and the possibilities of turning the old Weyerhaeuser mill into a waste to energy plant!

I also visited Bliss On The Ridge with Lesli Williams and discussed what Bliss has to offer not only women, but also men. You'll be surprised at all the procedures performed at Bliss, and it's more than a place for a massage!

    A few months ago, the 11th annual "Rise and Shine" awards breakfast was held honoring 20 individuals and organizations that "rise to the occasion and make the Valley shine." Well one individual was left off the list and his name is Kevin Hillstrom. He does a great service to the Valley's elderly and others that may not have the voice they need. He is a Long Term Care Ombudsman and joins me and talks about the needs of the elderly and how many are left forgotten by many!     Bob Antone is a single father with two sons living 30 miles east of Seattle Washington. His music is the story of his life, his family, their history in the Pacific Northwest, environmental and cultural changes of the region. Recently the Washington State Arts Commission along with the help of Northwest Heritage Resources completed an audio heritage tour of Interstate 90 from Seattle to Spokane. He was Don McCune, and from 1960 to 1981 he hosted Exploration Northwest and wrote and narrated over 400 episodes of the series that was shown on KOMO TV and earned 26 Emmy Awards for broadcast excellence. I met Don's wife Linda, and we discussed his life and how she continues to bring his work to generations of today!
