The Seventh Jayne Show Podcast
Sorry it took me so long to get a new episode up, exams and term papers have kept me pretty busy for the last month. Between that and the fact that the campus station is done broadcasting for the year, I haven't had much time to pick through old episodes for one to upload until today. So here it is, another old show. This one is from last year, and was the first show of the year that Jason and I did. This is a glimpse into what we were listening to almost two years ago when we were still young up and comers in the online radio game. I've noticed that our music selection has since become MUCH more pretentious, and at the same time better, but you be the judge.
I am leaving for Europe for a month exactly a week from today, but will try to upload one more episode before I leave, and will see about leaving some updates to be posted by a friend in my absence. Once I return I will get on top of producing new material from the comfort of my own home to please you, the public.
Track Listing is as follows:
1. Cuff the Duke - Hey Baby
2. Tangiers - Keep the Living Bodies Warm
3. White Stripes - Black Math

The Sixth Jayne Show Podcast
Broadcasting at Radio Laurier is done for the year, so I bring to you another Jayne Show from earlier this year, a "Classic" if you will. The Show was from November 22nd 2004 and was the first show we had a hold of the newest Elliot Smith album, From a Basement on the Hill, which we repeatedly call by the wrong name. We also screw up the name of the TV on the Radio album 'Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes' and then proceed to talk about how we have our shit together.
I think I'll upload a few more of these old shows in the following weeks as I start to set myself up to make shows on my computer all summer now that I wont have access to the booth. I also plan on moving to a Podsafe music format now that shows will no longer be coming from the radio station, and cutting down to 30 or 40 minutes from 90.
New Jayne Show material will return in September.
Track listing is as follows:
1. Elliott Smith - Don't Go Down
2. The Tangiers - Ro Ro Roland

The Fifth Jayne Show Podcast
Sorry for the delay on delivering this episode to you, the technical difficulties in the Radio Laurier booth are never ending, and on top of that the bandwidth for my podcast host ran out about 5 days before the end of March because of all the downloads the show has been getting. I just bought my own webspace and bandwidth, so that should never be a problem again.
Sorry that the mic quality on this show isn't as good as it should be, you may have to turn it up at points to hear what I'm saying.
If you have not done so already, please go Here and vote for us at Podcast Alley. Don't be shy to leave a comment either.

The Fourth Jayne Show Podcast
Due to continuing technical difficulties in the Radio Laurier booth that have prevented the recording of a new show, this podcast contains not a regular Jayne Show, but two interviews conducted by Jason and myself.
The first is with Arts & Crafts band Stars that we did January 26th of this year.
The second is an interview with Three Gut band Cuff the Duke that was made in November of 2003.
